The Puede Ambassadors program focuses on leadership, career readiness, and personal growth. We aim to create opportunities for these youth to gain real-world skills, discover passions, and prepare for the future.

Our Approach
The Puede Network Scholars Program aims to transform students into scholars and community leaders. We foster a collaborative ecosystem that brings together students, educators, and parents. Active year-round participation from both youth and their families is crucial to achieving this goal.

Being a Puede Scholar means committing to excellence — in the classroom, in the community, and in character.
Every scholar and family agrees to uphold the core values of the C.L.A.V.E. Framework:C – Community
Complete required community service hours each year.
Participate in fundraising events that strengthen the program and support peers.
Help build a culture of respect, teamwork, and giving back.
L – Leadership
Attend monthly leadership classes and civic engagement events.
Demonstrate integrity, initiative, and responsibility in and out of school.
Serve as a positive role model for other students and community members.
A – Aspirations
Work with staff and parents to create and follow an Individual Development Plan (IDP).
Set meaningful goals for academic, personal, and career growth.
Parents commit to attending weekly parent engagement workshops to stay involved and informed.
V – Vocation
Participate in at least one extracurricular activity such as academics, athletics, or the arts.
Explore different interests to discover personal strengths and passions.
Develop skills that prepare for success in college, career, and life.
E – Education
Maintain a positive GPA and strive for academic excellence.
Participate in the literacy program with parent(s) or guardian(s).
Approach learning with curiosity, discipline, and pride.
